Minnesota Multisport Awards- Thirty-four of Minnesota's most talented multisportfolk have received 2010 MMA nominations. Leading the way was Patrick Parish, who garnered four nominations in three separate categories. In all, ten athletes earned multiple nominations.

Here's how it broke down:

FOUR NOMINATIONS:

* Patrick Parish - Triathlete of the Year, Most Improved, Performance of the Year (2)

THREE NOMINATIONS:

* Jenny Wilcox - Duathlete of the Year, Most Improved, Performance of the Year...

* Jenny Shaughnessy - Triathlete of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Performance of the Year

* Cathy Yndestad - Triathlete of the Year, Performance of the Year (2)

TWO NOMINATIONS:

* Julia Weisbecker - Master of the Year, Most Improved
