LAKE MARION VI - Course records by Andy Wiberg (Sprint) and Dennis Dane (Olympic) were among the highlights of this

great event at what is arguably the Twin Cities' best tri venue. Avid fisherman,

AGE 42, torched his own masters course record by nearly two minutes. His time this morning was an awesome 4:07:56. RESULTS - In this event's companion Olympic race, St. Paul's Brendon O'Flanagan rocked a 6th place overall finish. RESULTS

UPDATE: Minnesotan women placed 1st --Kortney Haag, 4:38:16, 3rd --Suzy Fox --4:46:04, and 12th--Julie Hull--5:14:51--in the half on Sunday. All three have won here in the past, Julie doing so in 2007, Suzy in 2012 and Kortney in 2009.

ST. PAUL TRIATHLON - Brian Sames picked up his 5th win of the 2013 season this morning in the Sprint competition at Lake Phalen. 2012 women's sprint champ Bridget McCoy successfully defended her title.
