After a protracted hiatus, David Thompson, aka "DKT," is blogging again. His latest posts deal with some epic bike workouts he did in the mountains surrounding Tucson.

March 29 - I’ve challenged myself to ride up and down Mt Lemmon 6 times as part of my spring training trip. I will also run and swim in the morning and evenings. Here’s the daily schedule if you want to follow along.
