HITS Sarasota Half IM - 2020 Minnesota Female Triathlete of the Year. SHYANNE MCGREGOR, kicked off her 2021 tri season last Sunday with a record-setting performance at HITS-Sarasota Half Ironman. Her victorious 4:21:02 knocked more than 40 minutes off the previous women's event record, and left her closest challenger more than 20 minutes in arrears. Of 50 finishers, she placed an impressive 4th overall....

The win was the 3rd in nine career starts for McGregor, who may be pondering the procurement of a pro license.
